What should i bring to a bike fit?

When you come to us for a set-up you need to bring everything that you would normally use when you go for a ride. This includes the obvious things like your bike, shoes, cycling clothing. Additionally you will need to bring your helmet, glasses, a drink bottle, any professional referral letters.

Do I need a medical referral letter?

No medical referral letter is required for a sports therapy appointment, although we do recommend you attain one if you are currently under the care of another health professional. (i.e. physiotherapist, general practitioner, my therapist)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept CASH,  VISA and MASTERCARD & EFTPOS

Will my appointment be covered by private health insurance?

Sports Therapy appointments may be covered by private health insurance. Sports Therapists are registered as "Remedial Therapists" by most private health funds.

Can I purchase bike parts during my bike fit?

As all bike fits are conducted at our Brunswick clinic, we do not sell bike parts. If new components are recommended during your consult, we will refer you to  your local bike shop with a list of parts required.
