WHO WE TREAT

Although we specialise in sports injuries and performance, we also offer our treatment services to the general public.

The youngest client on our books is 7 years old, and the eldest, over 100. Treatment plans are tailored to the individual needs of each client.

HOW WE TREAT

Various techniques are used to assess, treat and prevent musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction.

With a strong focus in hands-on modalities, remedial massage, myofascial dry-needling, stretching and joint mobilisation techniques are regularly used in the clinic.

Athletic strapping and taping, electrotherapies, and nutritional advice if warranted.

It's essential to give patients tools to help manage their injuries. Home exercise programs are often prescribed and monitored to aid injury rehabilitation and prevention.
