Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation fees apply to missed appointments or those cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact our clinic as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session and offer your appointment to patients on our waitlist.

The full consultation fee is payable for any missed appointments or late cancellations.

No fees are payable if appointments are cancelled more than 24hrs ahead of your scheduled time.
